Shipping Policy 

         We are committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sundays & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier partners only.                                                                                     

1. Our candles are made to order and not mass produced. Hence we make candles just for you based on your order and customization. Hence the turnaround time for order processing will be 7 working days before dispatching. Also the soy wax candles perform the best, a week after its made. Considering this fact plus the time required to carefully handcraft the masterpiece to perfection we need enough time. As we strive in giving you the best.                                                                                                                                      

2. Shipping cost is additional and based on the order size.                                                                                                                                                                                                

3. Basic but secure packaging provided to protect candle jars during transportation.                                                                                                                         

4. The delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

5. As soon as your package ships, we will email/ message you your package tracking information.                                                                                                           

6. For bulk orders / wedding or birthday return gifts / corporate gifts , the turn around time is 27 days. Reach us early to plan for a perfect gift for your speacial occasion.        

Delivery Policy                                                                                                                                                  

1. Delivery time will be purely based on your location.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   
2. In case you have provided us with the incorrect address or non-reachable contact number or both and the parcel does not reach you we will not be liable to provide you with any refund or replacement, however you can still have your parcel delivered again by providing us the correct address along with the shipping fee if you wish to have the parcel delivered to the correct address again.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      
3. Kindly provide an alternate contact number with your address and landmark just in case your phone goes unreachable or busy or you are not able to attend the delivery person’s call so as to avoid further hassle.                                                                                                                                                                                      
4. If the delivery has been attempted and you are not present to receive the parcel, we will not be liable to provide you with any refund or replacement, in this scenario you can have your parcel delivered again by making the payment for the shipping fee.
