Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

1. After placing the order with your confirmation no changes will be done on the count of products to reduce the order quantity after confirmation, but candles/products can be added if needed. Carefully review the order before confirming and making the payment.                                                                                                                                                                      
2. Kindly discuss specific requirements or customizations of the candles /products ordered within 24 hours after finalizing the order after which the order will be confirmed and no changes will be done thereafter.                                                                                                                                                                                            
3. Cancellations are not allowed after making the payment for the orders placed. Only refund or replacement of the damaged product/products will be done after the unboxing video /pictures are shared with us.                                                                                                                                                                                                    
4.  Kindly ensure to make a video of unboxing the product/products from beginning till end, so in case of damage we can proceed with immediate replacement or partial refund. We will be only accepting videos for replacement /partial refund, images will not be accepted.
